Mudbirds — in-house geotextile workshop
Mudbirds is our own industrial workshop. On 2–4 needle industrial machines, we stitch geotextiles and tarpaulins with 20–120 kN tensile strength in any size. Not only for our own projects — we accept external orders too.
Geotextile fabrics are the raw materials of modern hydraulic engineering: bank protection, dewatering, soil stabilisation, industrial filtration. In the Mudbirds workshop, cutting and stitching run from CAD drawings — the customer receives a component exactly to the size and specification the project requires. Not an off-the-shelf format.
Our industrial workshop — Mudbirds
We are used to manufacturing equipment and components ourselves so that we can serve our clients with consistent quality and short lead times. That same motivation shaped the workshop — purpose-built around stitching large, heavy-duty materials.
